How you prepare or cook your foods affects the level of nutrients you receive from your foods.

For instance, we all know raw foods in their natural state are going to have the highest level of nutrients.

But what about steaming? Well, there are different levels of steaming, and depending on the level that you steam your foods will affect the nutrient content of your food.

Boiling sometimes can have its benefits especially when it comes to making a broth.

There are other levels of cooking that I go into such as dried foods and microwaved foods.

I’ll also let you know what you should avoid at all costs.
