Client Financed Acquisition® is our “claim to fame”. It is the most important system that we install in our client’s gyms to help rapidly acquire new members even with a limited marketing budget.

It's how we've taken our gyms from zero to full capacity without needing any upfront cash.

Most gyms run advertising campaigns with cheap introductory membership offers, like a “$21 for 21 days special”. The ads for these types of offers often cost more to acquire a customer than the actual revenue coming in, requiring additional funds to cover the ad spend.

Enter the Client Financed Acquisition® system.

With the Client Financed Acquisition® method, your customers fund your marketing budget.

Here’s how.

You offer a high-ticket front-end offer, such as a personal training package. The revenue from this offer covers both your current ad spend and your next campaign.

Let’s dive into an example. Say for example you switched from promoting a cheap introductory offer, to a high-ticket offer with your ads. This is what the flow would look like after launching your campaign:

Day 1:

- Ad spend: $100

- Leads: 10

- Conversion rate: 20% (2 sales)

- New high-ticket offer: $600 each

- Revenue: $1200

- Net: $1100 (considering a temporary $100 outflow before deposits clear)

Day 2:

- Repeat the process

- Total ad spend: $200

- Total revenue: $2400

- Net: $2200 (considering a temporary $200 outflow)

Day 3:

- Repeat the process

- Total ad spend: $300

- Total revenue: $3600

- Net: $3300 (considering a temporary $300 outflow)

At this point, you’ve generated $3600 from a $300 ad spend, but the cash deposits haven’t cleared yet, so you're temporarily down $300.

Day 4:

- By now, you start receiving deposits from previous days.

- Ad spend: $400

- Total revenue: $4800

- Net profit: $4400 (all initial investments recovered, plus profit)

From this day forward, you’re operating at 100% profit. The campaign funds itself, and you reinvest to scale up.

Now, we move into the “scaling phase”

- Increase your daily ad spend to $500.

- This results in 10 sales per day at $600 each, generating $6000 daily.

- Continue this cycle to grow your customer base rapidly.
